These antique sock blockers came to her from her daughter, with special but secret meaning relating to their origin. But they don't see much sock-blocking action, so for now, they will be treasured here, blocking socks as they are made to do, but will return to their previous domicile at an unnamed date in the future.
This last is a good picture of the Whidbey-Kiwandis Socks, which have been difficult to capture visually.
